What race SUP dimensions can you manufacture?
Typical race platforms range from 12′6″ × 28″ for 12′6 race classes to 14′ × 23″–25″ for unlimited/Touring race formats. Width, rocker and nose profiles are specified to the target racer group and verified on a physical sample.
Do race boards require special construction?
Yes — race boards use a lighter, tightly woven drop-stitch core with higher psi (18–20 PSI) and stiffer rail reinforcement to hold hull shape at speed. Layup choices (single vs double-layer) trade weight against stiffness, which we specify with you per project.
Can clubs order race boards for their team?
Yes. Club and team programs order from 90–100+ pcs (volume) with club graphics, and can mix race and training platforms in one order. Fleet pricing applies to combined volumes.
