What happens next

After you submit a project brief, you receive a response within one business day. An NDA is available before you share any proprietary details. Engineering reviews your brief and returns an itemized quotation with MOQ, sample fees and a gate-by-gate timeline — typically 7–12 days for samples and 6–8 weeks for first production from confirmed PO. Sample fees are credited toward your production order. No commitment until you sign.

The Process

From Brief to Delivered Boards — Five Steps

Every step has a defined timeline, a documented deliverable, and a go/no-go checkpoint. You proceed only when you are ready.

  1. Step 1

    Submit Your Project Brief

    Tell us about your board — target specs, volume, compliance needs and timeline. The brief takes 5–10 minutes. If you are not sure about every detail, share what you have and we will guide the rest. An NDA is available before you share proprietary designs.

  2. Step 2

    NDA & Feasibility Review (1–5 Days)

    We sign an NDA if requested, then engineering reviews your brief against manufacturing capability, material availability and compliance scope. You receive an itemized quotation with MOQ calculation, sample fees and a gate-by-gate timeline.

  3. Step 3

    Sample & Approval (7–21 Days)

    1–2 physical boards produced to your specification. You ride and evaluate — hull rigidity, graphic accuracy, accessory fitment. Adjustments are captured in a revised BOM. The frozen sample becomes the production reference. Sample fees are credited toward production.

  4. Step 4

    Pre-Production Planning (7 Days)

    Materials procurement, tooling setup, packaging confirmation and production slot reservation. All materials are incoming-inspected against the frozen BOM. A production schedule with QC gate dates is issued before manufacturing begins.

  5. Step 5

    Production, QC & Shipping (4–6 Weeks)

    Manufacturing runs through the 7-stage inspection gate system with pass/fail criteria at each gate. Export-grade packing, compliance documentation and ocean freight coordination to 50+ countries. Post-delivery review captures refinements for the next order.

A complete brief accelerates the process. Here is what helps:

  • Board specs — Target length, width, thickness, rider weight, use-case. Reference board dimensions or competitor models are useful.
  • Design files — Vector artwork (AI, SVG, PDF) for graphics and logos. If not ready, mood boards or reference images work for initial feasibility.
  • Volume & timeline — Target quantity and season schedule. Even a rough range ("20–50 boards by March") is enough to start.
  • Compliance needs — Target markets and any specific certification requirements beyond CE, ISO 9001, BSCI, REACH, RoHS.
  • Budget range — An indicative per-board budget or target landed cost helps us recommend the right platform.

What is the minimum order to start?+

The entry point is tiered: 1–2 samples first (7–12 days), a trial order of 20–50 boards (25–35 days), then standard volume runs of 90–100+ boards per approved configuration. Private label co-branding starts from 5–10 units with no development stage.

Physical samples are produced in 7–12 days from confirmed spec and deposit. Using existing hull platforms, the full cycle from brief to delivered trial order typically runs 8–12 weeks. A bespoke hull adds 15–20 days of mould development.

Yes. An NDA is available immediately — before you share any proprietary information. We manufacture exclusively under our clients' brands and never compete with them. All technical files are stored in access-controlled systems with audit trails.

The brief asks for your business type, company name, target board specifications, order quantity range, timeline and any compliance requirements. It takes about 5–10 minutes. You can attach design files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD, DWG, DXF, ZIP) up to 10 MB. If you are unsure about any field, skip it — we will follow up.
