The Story

From Challenge to Delivered Boards

The Challenge

Daily rental use wears out generic fleets fast, and off-season storage is limited. The resort needed boards that survive heavy use, store compactly and carry full property branding.

Our Solution

Rental-grade inflatable construction with reinforced rails and UV-resistant materials, full-board graphics in the resort colors, and branded paddles and pumps as part of the fleet package.

Controlled Delivery

Quality & Delivery Control Lines

Quality and Inspection Controls

Quality Basis:

Approved sample, technical specification, customer-approved BOM, artwork reference and packing requirements.

Inspection Focus:

  • Inflation and air-tightness on every board
  • Valve and reinforced-rail condition
  • Artwork accuracy and color match to the approved sample
  • Accessory and kit completeness per board
  • Carton marking and fleet labels before shipment release

Issue Control:

Non-conforming items were placed under controlled hold and re-inspected after approved corrective action.

Evidence:

Batch-level inspection records and packing checks retained by project, linked to the approved sample and specification.

Production and Delivery Controls

Planning Inputs:

Approved sample · final artwork · accessory configuration · packaging readiness · confirmed order quantity.

Milestones:

Sample approval → production release → production scheduling → final inspection → packing verification → shipment preparation.

Delivery Readiness:

SKU configuration, labeling, manuals, barcodes, carton marking and packing quantity verified before shipment release.

Outcome:

On-time season launch, 100% branded fleet, expansion the next season.

Customized Product Configuration

Process

How the Project Ran

  1. 1

    Fleet consultation

Guest volume, shoreline and season length defined the fleet size and board mix.

  2. 2

    Branded sample

Colors and logo approved on a physical board before production.

  3. 3

    Production & QC

100 boards produced with multi-point QC across the run.

  4. 4

    Delivery & refresh

Seasonal delivery, spare parts and a refresh program for later seasons.

The Result

The fleet launched on time for the season, boards store in a single room off-season, and guest feedback on the branded equipment drove a fleet expansion the following year.
