The Story
From Challenge to Delivered Boards
The Challenge
No design team, no import experience and a first order too small for most factories — plus a launch date tied to the northern-hemisphere season.
Our Solution
ODM development from their concept on a proven platform, a 10 pcs trial run covering samples and supply verification, then a 200 pcs branded launch order with tooling kept for the brand.
Controlled Delivery
Quality & Delivery Control Lines
Quality and Inspection Controls
Quality Basis:

Inspection Focus:
- Artwork accuracy against the approved files
- Air-tightness verification on the trial run and launch order
- Packaging and carton verification — including the trial-run fix
- Accessory and kit completeness
Issue Control:
Non-conforming items were placed under controlled hold and re-inspected after approved corrective action.
Evidence:
Batch-level inspection records and packing checks retained by project, linked to the approved sample and specification.
Production and Delivery Controls
Planning Inputs:
Approved sample · final artwork · accessory configuration · packaging readiness · confirmed order quantity.
Milestones:
Sample approval → production release → production scheduling → final inspection → packing verification → shipment preparation.
Delivery Readiness:
SKU configuration, labeling, manuals, barcodes, carton marking and packing quantity verified before shipment release.
Outcome:
Sold-out launch batch, packaging fixed pre-scale, reorder path in place.
