Hull Shape & Tooling
Existing factory rocker moulds allow pilot orders from 20 boards. A bespoke hull needs dedicated CAD cutting dies and EVA hot-press tooling, and tooling development adds 15–20 days to the schedule.
Colorways & PVC
Standard stock colors run in pilot quantities, while proprietary Pantone-dyed PVC sheets require dedicated chemical dyeing runs with their own raw material minimums.
Artwork & Print Coverage
A nose logo can be screen-printed in small runs, while full-surface or multi-panel artwork needs digital printing plate-up and coverage testing, which raises the practical batch size.
Branded Packaging
Custom 5-ply retail gift boxes carry an independent offset printing press minimum. Order fewer boxes and we store the surplus and release it across your scheduled shipments.
Accessory Packages
Standard aluminum or nylon paddles, pumps and bags follow sub-tier supplier batches. Fully branded carbon paddles and custom pumps follow their own production minimums.
Season & Payment Scheduling
Orders placed in the pre-season window get confirmed production slots. Staggered shipment schedules for 300+ board programs are confirmed at contract, not after production.

MOQ may apply per model, colorway, artwork version, packaging configuration or total order. Because different drop-stitch thicknesses and PVC colors come from distinct raw material rolls, ordering 50 boards split across 5 colors creates 5 separate fabric roll requirements. We confirm the calculation against your SKU matrix.
Can I start with just 1–2 boards to test the market?+
Yes. A 1–2 board sample order is the cheapest possible validation: hull rigidity, graphics and accessory fitment are confirmed before any financial commitment to a run. From there you step up to a 20–50 board trial order for commercial validation.
Can a 300+ board program ship in multiple batches?+
Yes. Large-scale programs can be scheduled as staggered shipments across production batches, so seasonal fleets arrive when needed and cash flow and warehouse space stay manageable. Schedules are confirmed at contract, not after production.
