Afarer's primary manufacturing facility has strengthened its environmental management systems, confirming the site's commitment to sustainable production.
The program follows an ongoing implementation period during which the facility upgraded waste management systems, reduced water consumption, and transitioned to energy-efficient production equipment. Progress is tracked through internal audits under the site's quality management system (ISO 9001), with environmental certificates and audit reports shared with partners under NDA on request.
The program covers the full production cycle from raw material receiving through finished product packaging. Key improvements include solvent recovery systems in the PVC lamination process, and reuse of process water in the finishing line.
Afarer products manufactured at the facility include the complete SUP and accessory lines.
