Private Label Project
How a European Distributor Launched a 1,200-Board Private-Label SUP Line in 90 Days
A European distributor wanted its own branded SUP line on the shelf for the summer season — two market-proven SKUs, complete retail packaging, and no factory relationships of its own.

The Story
From Challenge to Delivered Boards
The Challenge
The summer shelf window is fixed, so all 1,200 boards and their packaging had to land together on time. Private-label packaging — barcodes, labels, manuals — had to match EU retail requirements, and the distributor had no SUP factory experience to draw on.
Our Solution
Two market-proven platforms chosen for the retail range, full private-label artwork and EU retail packaging handled in one program, and production scheduled so both SKUs shipped together inside the 90-day window — with the specification locked for a clean repeat order.
